Mark Huglen is Associate Professor of Communication in the Department of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences at the University of Minnesota, Crookston, and co-author of Poetic Healing: A Vietnam Veteran’s Journey from a Communication Perspective and Argument Strategies from Aristotle’s Rhetoric.

David Beard is Assistant Professor in the Department of Writing Studies at the University of Minnesota-Duluth. Both Beard and Huglen were members of the Reconfiguring Rhetorical Studies Collaborative.
