Eric Van Duzer
Eric Van Duser is a professor of education at Humboldt State University in California. He is also a talented magician. He is currently working on The Art of Deception, co-authored with his sister, professor of architecture at the University of Minnesota, Leslie Van Duzer, which examines the productive slack between what we perceive and what is in stage illusions and in architecture. He visited the IAS in November of 2008 to talk about "Magic as Ersatz Experiments."
