Guillaume Boccara

Guillaume Boccara was in residence at the IAS in 2009 as part of the Global Cultures Group of Quadrant. His project is called “The Making of Indigenous Culture: Neoliberal Multiculturalism and Ethnogovernmentality in Post-Dictatorship Chile.” Dr. Boccara received his Ph.D. in anthropology from the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales in Paris, where he is a researcher at the Centre national de la recherche scientifique. He is also a professor at the Instituto de Investigaciones Arqueológica y Museo at the Northern Catholic University in Chile.
